Both Saturday & Sunday were going to be muddy days. Saturaday NECCL The event saw Kenny Mcllelan, Mark Robinson & Malcolm Marshall taking on Lintz Hall Farm, notoriously recognised in the previous year as a muddy track course and this year was going to be no different. The track was rough bumpy and took in a refreshingly cold stream which claimed our first DNF of the day with a ripped tyre but not the the last incident of the day, luckily no more incidents from Cestria. Well done to Mark & Malcolm for completing the race. Sunday CXNE Now we all know Kirkley is a tough course and round 6 was going to be no different, in fact with a new zig zag complex now built and the wet conditions it was going to be even harder Tough was an understatement, slippy descending, sharp turns and muddy tracks plus banks to run up, luckily all the Cestrians racing today were in the first race and the ground would hopefully hold up for the race. Still very wet and very slippy , thankfully all 4 racers got round safely and completed the race
